The history of Lucky Brand
There’s no mistaking where Lucky Brand jeans were born: the free-wheeling spirit of Southern California is stitched into every pair of the brand’s signature denims. Lucky Brand was founded in LA in 1990, producing great-fitting jeans that were frayed, faded and washed to give them a true vintage feel. Today, you can find Lucky Brand’s boho-tinged clothing — inspired by traditional denim workwear as well as the laid-back lifestyle of California — across the US.
Feeling lucky
Lucky Brand’s playful personality shines through in the personalized details of its signature denim. Every pair of jeans has a tab bearing the slogan “Lucky You” sewn onto the fly, together with the brand logo: a four-leaf clover. You’ll find it on the soles of its footwear too.

Lucky Brand introduced men’s footwear in 2016, awarding the exclusive license to the experts here at Genesco. What to expect from the collection? Rugged lace-up boots pay tribute to the brand’s workwear influences, while relaxed loafers, sneakers and flip flops will see you right on a road trip to Big Sur.
